Dar Sitti Aziza is more than a heritage hotel: it is a labor of love. In English, the name of our hotel is “The House of My Grandmother Aziza.” The name Aziza means “precious” in Arabic, which to us gives our hotel a double meaning: it is precious both in word and also in memory of our grandmother whose name it bears. We have many fond memories of hearing stories about this unique home of our family, and we are now ready to offer this home to the many visitors who come around the world to visit Bethlehem, Palestine and beyond.
