Dar Sitti Aziza is a fully licensed heritage hotel. We follow all health and hospitality guidelines as set by the Palestinian Authority and Bethlehem Municipality.
Reservations are to be held with a Visa card. Walk-ins are also accepted based on the availability of rooms. Cancellations are accepted up until 2 weeks of your check-in date.
Payment can be made either via Visa or in cash (US Dollars). There are multiple exchange offices within walking distance.
All rates are based on our fixed bed and breakfast offer. We also offer a light snack during the evenings, and are happy to make suggestions for local restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine. Drinks at our coffee bar can either be paid upon ordering or added to the room bill. Laundry services will be added to the room bill.
Our “house rules” are that guests are both respectful of our local family-centered culture, and mindful of our neighbors and guests.
We are flexible on check-in, check-out times and will do our best to help you with any special requests that you may have.
